Spiced Nuts
Lovely Spiced Nuts are great at parties, they have a sweet aromatic taste.
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Mixed Spice
- 450g mixed Nuts such as Brazil Nuts, Unsalted Cashews and Almonds
- 1 tbsp Sunflower Oil
- 2 tbsp Clear Honey
Method:
- Heat the oven to 120c/gas mark 1
- Mix the Ground Cinnamon and Mixed Spice with the Sunflower Oil
- Add the Nuts and half the Honey and mix well
- Put the coated Nuts on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes
- Take the tray out the oven, add the remaining Honey over the nuts and return to the oven for another 10 minutes
- Allow to cool and enjoy
